Life was a dark and lost alley,
Every direction engulfed in a long night,
A magic moment , my eyes opened,
Every corner got illuminated with light ….

In the quest of owning everything ,
Which in reality were my very own,
Craving for all the beautiful flowers,
So many weeds I had sown …..

Love was the biggest puzzle ,
Which always stuck strong in my mind,
When dissolved in my very existence,
No more questions could I find…

Anger , jealousy , hate and envy …
In all my companions I could see,
When zoomed out I was amazed,
It was ‘I’ competing with ‘Me’……

In the search for my guiding light,
I looked out to every corner of earth,
One moment when I looked in,
It was there since my very birth……..

I was living on the circumference of a circle,
Going in rounds again and again,
Now I rest peacefully at the center,
All worries just seem in Vain………..

The Game Of the Mind ....... MAAYA

Its playing , it’s the cleverest and the most deceptive , every second of your existence , whether you are aware or not , the game is on ……… the mind always in action . It is a match of the titans …….. a match of epic proportions …… a match between you and yourself, living and observing , penance and peace , something and nothing . Every being is in the game but a few realize that they are a part of the game , even fewer compete to win, rarest of the rare win it and then eventually loose everything they possess . The best skill that one can have is the eye for keen observation , aware of every happening . The most fierce competitor , our dearest friend- Ego . Those who are stiff, will break again and again until they can bend . Those without a backbone will keep swaying from one end to the other until they can stand . Those who compete are like a candle . Selfless enough to burn for others , diligent enough to take a form out of wax standing still in a pattern for so long , innocent enough to allow the matchstick to light the wick and produce light , observant enough to be aware of the darkness around and humble enough to melt in surrender when the heat is unbearable and be one with the wax again.
Millions have come and gone , the game continues, choice is always ours, to play or be played …………….
